Converse’s distribution network is far-reaching; the company currently sells its shoes in over 160 countries worldwide. Interestingly, China is one of Converse’s top distribution markets, alongside the USA and the UK.


Converse’s China requirements

In order to maintain its good sales performance in China, Converse is looking to keep up with local fashion trends. More specifically, Converse seeks to monitor shoe preferences of Chinese consumers on a quarterly basis.


How Converse utilized The Store Checkers

Every three months, Converse uses our app to identify bestselling shoe products in Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities in China, both within their distribution network and at competitors’ points of sale. The data collected allows them to adjust their marketing as well as prepare future product launches.
